About Me

Hi, I’m Leart, a creative dedicated to functional, aesthetic and purposeful design. I want to share my perspective of good design with a much broader audience and to prove that good design is in fact visible and it should speak to a regular non-creative person instantly. I aim to create lasting brands with strong and unwavering ideologies, shaping their image, amplifying their voice and most importantly, making genuine connections with their intended audience.

Each project that I work on, I try to approach it with the same mindset of the regular person with no interest in design. I create a connection with the end user by forming a compelling strategy that will eventually shape the whole design philosophy behind the brand. If you’re keen on sparking a flame that’ll illuminate your brand, I’m the guy with the lighter. Let’s create something awesome!

Education

My background in computer science has indirectly given me a different view on design itself and how design changes our lives everyday without us even noticing. Although a major in computer science, that journey has made me appreciate the finer things in the design realm even more than I did before.

I’ve been taught where to look for change and what to look out for when changing stuff and with brands and businesses. And with design, it’s paramount to help brands and businesses accomplish their goals and communicate messages to their audience effectively.

Computer Science

Universum International College   •   2018 – 2022

A major in computer science really helped me become a better designer by being a better problem solver by thinking outside the box and improvise when necessary. It gave me a lot of experience which I didn't know I needed, both professional and interpersonal experience.

Motion Masterclass

Innovation Centre Kosovo   •   2022

My love for motion design started before I even began with static graphic design in general, and that love later turned into hunger, a hunger for knowledge, which later I satiated that hunger by following a masterclass which helped me master the key aspects when it comes to motion design.

Career

Throughout my 5 year career as a creative, I've had the opportunity and privilege of working with a lot of different clients, from local ones all the way to regional and international ones as well. Even though my career began a while ago, I still push creative boundaries and try to top each previous project with the one that comes next.

Senior Graphic Designer

Blue Dot Consulting   •   2025 – Present

As a freshly promoted Senior Graphic Designer, I am tasked with leading the way visually but still remaining creative and efficient. From the beginning of each project, I assess the requirements, set appropriate deadlines and compile executive strategies that will help the project take shape in the later stages.

Creative Designer

In my Creative Designer role I was in charge of overseeing the majority of the visual work as well as overseeing some of the design process and overview its development from start to finish.

At Integral Marketing Design (IMD), I was entrusted with conceptualizing both for static and motion design projects, where almost each project was being output to the public, so the pressure to perform was immense.

Junior Graphic Designer

New Born Media   •   2022

Where my real design journey begun, my role as a Junior Graphic Designer at New Born Media was simple yet at the same time was crucial when it mattered most. I got to work for a huge e-commerce client, mainly developing social media content while on the other end of the spectrum, I was also entrusted to create brand logos from scratch and relevant visual identities tied to them.

Design Intern

GAO Tek Inc.   •   2021

At GAO Tek Inc. I got the opportunity to work with a major firm even though I only had the position of an intern there, it sill started off my career as a creative. My main job there was to use Premiere Pro to cut down 2-3 hour long zoom meetings, find all the important information and compress them into a 10-15 minute video with subtitles added for a more enjoyable experience.
